Ishita Bansal

Ishita Bansal is a high school student with a multicultural background and a passion for connecting people. Born in India, she moved to the United States at the age of 12, navigating the challenges of cultural transition and self-discovery. Her experiences living in different environments—first in Massachusetts and now in Florida—have shaped her appreciation for diversity and global collaboration.

Growing up, she immersed herself in activities such as swimming, dancing, basketball, field hockey, tennis, and yearbook while balancing academics and creative pursuits. These experiences taught her resilience, teamwork, and the importance of embracing new opportunities.

Inspired by her journey, she founded the International Collaborative League (ICL) to foster understanding, celebrate cultures, and build bridges between people from all walks of life. Her goal is to empower others to embrace diversity and create meaningful connections across the globe.

Marilynn Odei-Boateng serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at International Collaborative League, where she is committed to driving growth, efficiency, and impact. Growing up in the U.S. with Ghanaian parents, she developed a strong appreciation for resilience, hard work, and the importance of community service. Her passion for leadership and giving back has been evident through her extensive volunteer work with the Red Cross, her role as a camp counselor, and mentoring children in swimming lessons.

Her travels to Costa Rica further expanded her perspective on global challenges, reinforcing her dedication to service. As the eldest sibling to two younger brothers, Marilynn has honed her skills in responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving from a young age. These experiences have equipped her with the tools to lead with purpose and inspire the next generation of changemakers.

At the International Collaborative League, Marilynn’s mission is to enhance operations, foster innovation, and create meaningful impact. She is excited to contribute her skills and passion to help propel the organization’s vision forward.
